The room was clean and a very good size for a family trip. It's excellently located for the free tram service and there are great cafes on the small side street next to the building. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind which was a big plus when travelling with a child. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Melbourne.

The place is clean but set back is that there is Aircon in the rooms but this was o/come with cool weather in Melbourne. Toilets doors has no lock. And the place is Abit small for 4 occupants. There is no housekeeping services which is a let down. One saving grace is the gym and hot tub and sauna. But the location is superb and within walking distance to many nearby facilities like QVM and train station. The booking needs to clearly highlight that my booking is without house keeping. Thank you Kristine for making my stay at Paragon Apartment and Melbourne a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in the 2BR and 2 bathrooms apartment It’s in good condition though the sink drainage in the bathroom were slow n a little block but otherwise ok Location is great. Utensils sufficient for 4 people with basic pots and pans if needs to cook. There’s a microwave provided The highlights - heated pool, jacuzzi and Sauna

We had amazing views from our apartment, on the 44th floor. The apartment was small but clean and well appointed. There is no service to the rooms except once a week or upon check out (we stayed 5 nights). We had to wash our own towels, and replenish our own tea, sugar and coffee. It is very quiet and secure. There is an awesome pool, gym, sauna and two spas which we used a lot! And there is a pleasant shared balcony garden to sit in as well. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Only problem I had staying here was the elevator? If you are travelling with other people your key won’t allow you to use the elevator to go to a different level? Needs a better system for this reason.

I booked 2 rooms last minute for a business trip. After showing up after a full day of travel and business, we were told there is only 1 room available as the other rooms are still dirty and haven’t been cleaned. This was at 9pm at night! Still I haven’t received my refund for the first night after chasing the property manager down numerous times! Would NOT recommend!!!!

“Misleading Photos and Uncomfortable Stay”

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The rooms shown in the pictures are completely different from what is actually provided. In reality, the accommodations are very basic, located on a standard floor with no air conditioning. Upon request, we were given a fan, but it was broken and non-functional, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
