Such an easy place to stay from the moment I arrived. Not only did they check me in two hours early, but they also upgraded me and were so pleasant every step of the way. I usually stay in other areas of town and often at the other Oaks, so this was my first time - and won't be my last. A great hotel in a great location.

Was very happy with our stay. The unit was small but had everything we’d need, TV, kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom and balcony! Was clean. A 5 min walk to Queen Vic market and had a tram stop out the front! Parking for our stay was spot on.

The bed was comfortable although the room was very cold at the time of check in. I appreciate so much they let me check in early as I was extremely tired from my international flight. The front desk staff were great throughout the stay, including check in, check out and general questions.
