The steps i had to carry my bag up to the front door were shocking. The high leg lift to get in the tub with no hand grab is not elderly friendly and with no friction device in the tub might be considered dangerous. Otherwise everything was good.

Ideal location Staff very friendly but sparse in number Consequently I feel regular maintenance is lacking and there seems to be no regime that ensures everything runs smoothly - and it doesn’t The kitchenette lacked adequate equipment Having said all that you get what you pay for so on that premise one cannot complain too vociferously

Could not check in due to the system being down, asked to wait 10 minutes, still no good after 40 minutes, no explanation, no apology, just a rude ignorant staff member There were 2 others that were waiting and it was terrible, never staying at oaks again And no offer of a refund as we left after 1 hour to another hotel, it was 11pm and an absolute disgraceful performance by the staff and the hotel. Not sure why I could not of been given a room key and sort it out later. He could see it was prepaid, embarrassing performance by the hotel

All good but the air-conditioning was not working. Staff provided with portable fan and told they will try to chage room but at the end it was too late so we gave up . Did ask if they can give free breakfast as compensation was told they will try but no response from them in morning so stayed there with out air-conditioning and no compensation what so ever.i been there i belive 3 or 4 time and they are all good n great but this time bit disappointed i will still visit the hotel to stay there but i hope a bit more of customer service with small gesture gose a long way.

Staff were great, very accomodating. Rooms are spacious and all linens clean. Doors need resealing or something as there was a high pitched whistling sound that was present when doors were closed. We put a rolled up towel along base of door to stop it. Great spot and delicious breakfast. Excellent location to base yourself for exploring the city.

Yes room good but bathroom access to shower hard as in a bath. This was slippery with no grip mat or hand rail. Shampoos were spilling into the bath making it more slippery.
