Staff were friendly Room was very clean The dishwasher leaked and so did the coffee machine. Couldn’t use either There is no information, where to put towels or rubbish if your room in unserviced.

Make sure you can lift your luggage up stairs. Bathroom was literally in a cupboard and just too small to be comfortable and no room for privacy of you're sharing the room. The rest of the room was open and large.

Great location. Less than 10 mins walk from Sky bus terminal (for a pensioner with a heavy suitcase). 2 mins walk to tram stop for free tram. The reception/desk staff were very helpful with transport links. I was upgraded to a room with a street view, with a fridge/ kitchen/cooking facilities. Would definitely recommend
