Due to an unplanned funeral I couldn’t arrive on the first night. I rang three time before 4pm the day of check in and the phone rung out. Got through the next day. Was put on the top level which means you have to carry baggage up the stairs to get to the room. Room was noisy with ac cutting in and out all night. The bathrooms are tiny and seem like an afterthought in the room.

Location is perfect to train, trams. Shopping . Room was comfortable and good size for two people. Bathroom was ok, clean and good size. Bathroom sink with shelf above - not so good - impossible to clean your teeth as shelf obstructed the sink .

Location was good to walk and use the tram. Also close to Marvel amd southern cross station. Parking was a 5 min walk (public car park) and more expensive booking through the hotel then doing it privately. Hard to get a park at the front to unload and load bags. So this was all very inconvenient. The rooms were quite small but beds were comfy and good kitchen set up, however bathroom was awful! A shower curtain and water literally goes all over the floor in the bathroom. Grout mouldy. No luggage storage and only a couple of seats at the recption. Very crowded. Wouldnt stay again. Can get much better quality in Melbourne for the same price.

Oaks on collins was a lovely place to stay. Although it was annoying that one of the blinds didn't come down the full length of the window so a good 40cm was still open which let the sun stream in come morning time. The glass in the bathroom plays an optical on your eyes and is a bit trippy. The food at the breakfast place was great and the guy working was delightful.

This place is the most basic of basic. No extra charm in any rooms. A parking rort - you drive in under the hotel where the sign says weekends are for hotel guests only. Then a guy walks up to you and asks how long you are staying - one night. Checking in at 5pm and out at 8am. So they charge you for two days. Never stay here. Noisy, basic and disappointing

Pool spa gym no longer exist even though advertised very unhappy about this as it was one of the reasons I chose it. Actual room good with balcony, Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Need some updates every time dishwasher wasn't working dishwasher with dirty just needs a bit of housekeeping chores the bathroom needed updating the aircon with noisy it was alright for a hotel need to be a bit more cleaning up all the appliances should be working not always broken upload dishwasher plugs head tape over it should be working for other people don't think of themselves
