Great property, very close to all the shops and transport around Melbourne. It was very quiet and felt like our own space while in the room. Reception staff were great and very helpful with all of our requests. Rooms were clean but one day our room service was missed and often our glasses didn’t get cleaned which was unexpected for a hotel of this level.

I stayed in 34F room for 3 days. The room was good, clean and enough space for 1 person. The TV was allowed to contect to your phone. Breakfast was great that I enjoyed it. The only thing can be complianed is- the water pressure was crazy low. That caused a lot of problem to wash my hair.
