When we arrived, the lady at reception was so nice. Friendly, happy, informative, helpful and so polite. The property itself is lovely. Our room was out by the lake. It was lovely and quiet. There is a lovely little walk around the lake which we did each morning and night. Overall a great place to stay

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Could do with some face washers instead of using a hand towel. Advertised room services but there wasn't any! Food in bistro was terrible. We couldn't eat it .
