Got there and had to change the booking on the spot. Completely helpful, no questions asked. The staff are a credit to the management. You should give them a raise. I have their number, if you don't, I'll drop it to one star don't come here .....

The beds are single beds just pushed together to make a queen size, so you sink on the middle. The bathroom had pubes, and I found the staff dismissive.

Great shower two things i didn't like.....aircon was not very good looked a bit dirty. needs some servicing, i think. the other was a great gig spiderweb in the same corner. that was there the whole 4 days. otherwise i was very happy with everything..thank you.ill stay again some time in the future

Whether pre-check-in is completed or not the process for check-in is by far the worst part of the experience here. Last night the staff focused on everything but checking in. When I asked why the pre-check-in because they did it all again manually anyway, they said don't know we're just the bar staff??
