Accommodation is luxe, spacious and inviting. Welcoming cathedral ceilings, abundance of natural light, an entertainers kitchen with Miele appliances, open plan dining and an adjacent living room with an open fireplace for cosier evenings.

Cleverly designed with two zones at either end of the house, the master ensuite bedroom with balcony access and water views is at the front end of the house and at the rear of the house is a further wing encompassing three spacious bedrooms, a large modern family bathroom and powder room.

There is plenty of off-street parking for up to 4 cars.

Please note: The pool can be solar heated, or gas heated. Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.

i. This property is pet friendly (small dogs only) upon application, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fully-fenced in backyard.
ii. This property is the perfect venue for families, couples, corporate retreats, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
