Had trouble entering the room as door was tight had to use foot the push on bottom of door, door to balcony had the glass broken, bedroom door had damage hole in door chairs in kitchen all the screws were loose dangerous to sit on stayed 5days never once was reception staffed all communication was by message room was clean carpet was stained room was not serviced during the 5days

location fantastic, facilities (pool, sauna and gym) looked great but we didn't have time to use them. I don't recommend checking in out of reception hours- missed out on a lot of information that would have made our life easier. Couldn't use TV as remote wasn't working and there were no towels in our room upon arrival. Room could do with a decent clean.

The layout of the apartment was well done, but there were a few issues. The windows were very dirty (I ended up washing them). The fan in a bathroom continued to run even after the light was turned off making it hard to sleep. Loose power points, loose lamp shades. Location was good, and the pool was lovely.

Staff were very nice but unfortunately The cleanliness of the room was not so great. Our kitchen had solidified grease all over the stove top and splash back from previous guests. Dishes in the dish washer were left in there and still had food all over them. The drawers in the bathroom ensuite had hair throughout. Our balcony view was the building next door. Other than this the location was good being across from Westfield and staff were very nice.

Internet was ok but not the fastest. The rooms were well appointed but things missing in kitchen that it needed, like egg flip, peeler, serving spoons, teaspoons. The bathroom needed facewashers. Said in compendium that mini services done daily with towel replacements if wanted. Never saw anyone in the 4 days we were there, no towel changes. Plenty of secure parking but to access garage you had to get out of car , walk around to passenger side to tap fob to control panel so gate would go up. And its on a very steep angle. It would be hazardous to elderly or those with mobility issues.
