The staff were wonderful. The room was very nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here. It's very close to the venues like Margaret Court Arena, Rod, laver Arena. Etc. hint the parking is very expensive. $50 a night. If you prepare to walk 10 minutes, you can get Park in the city for about $30.

Great location - walkable to city. Room was well appointed. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Only negative was that the shower was too hot in a couple of days (no cold water to adjust temp) possibly due to peak demand time. I would stay again.

This hotel was very nice, comfortable, clean, spacious, and the staff were very lovely. We stayed here because we needed to be as close to the Rod Laver Arena as our son was attending a concert there. It was a very close walk for us. Only down fall was the shower head did not work properly at all but apart from that it was a lovely stay also check out the breakfast buffet was delicious!

The proximity to the MCG, the Staff were friendly and when I asked the next morning if I could have a change of rooms due to the noise of the trains all night my request was et with a friendly Mark who got me another very nice and quiet room. Thanks Mark

Bathroom a bit dated, bath floor rusted and not very clean. Staff were friendly, location was good being close to sports stadiums. Breakfast buffet was a let down, options weren’t amazing and there was things missing that took a really long time to replace like eggs and tomatoes. Noise level was loud being so close to the train tracks so that could be difficult for light sleepers.

All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful — that was the best part of my stay. However, the biggest disappointment was the towels. After showering, I noticed white fibers or lint sticking all over my body. It made me feel even dirtier after drying off. I think it’s time the hotel replaces all the towels, as they seem very worn out. Also, the smell from the toilet was awful — honestly, it was nauseating. Aside from these two issues, I was satisfied with everything else during my stay.
