It was a great place to stay if you are after a basic comfortable room with easy access to the city and beyond. Staff were available, friendly and accomodating when necessary but not in your face. Loved it.

It had the option of breakfast when booking, so i booked breakfast. However on arrival found out that they dont actually offer any breakfast. I was refunded the money but it was more the inconvenience. We arrived to check in at 2.20pm (check in was from 2pm) only to be told that our room was not ready. We then had to wait in the lobby (along with other guests who also were waiting on their rooms to be ready) until 3.30pm. I am also now 3 full days after checking out still waiting for my pre authorisation bond to return in my account. The room was clean, good facilities and felt safe, secure and quiet. Good location. The staff however have some organisation and procedure issues though.

Room was absolutely filthy, had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets, dirty walls and a smoke detector pulled out from the ceiling which is illegal. There is no manager onsite and check in took 45 mins with two young children. Will never stay here again. Lucky to be one star.

The room was fine, apart from the fact that the king bed had not been split to singles as advertised. First night was on Expedia for incorrect information and it was too late for hotel to do anything but I requested the split for second night, both at checkin and in the morning and it still wasn’t done so a bit disappointing. The room was dlssappointing. A leaking toilet, the inside of the fridge covered in thick ice, thus the door would not shut, a queen bed that sunk in the middle & a doona with srains on it. We mentioned the fridge but there solution was to leave the door open & we then had water all over the tiled section & sopping wet towels.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower wasn’t working without me having to hold in a button for the water to come out and the water wasn’t very warm at all. This wasn’t ideal when I had to have surgery then next day and needed to have a good shower.

The location was ideal for my needs. It was nice to receive an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. The hotel needs to work on its amenities, especially its food offerings (there isn't any on-site). The check-in process needs to be improved, or they should have more staff servicing the front desk when a queue forms. The longer I wait, the worse my first impressions becomes.
