The location was ideal for my needs. It was nice to receive an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. The hotel needs to work on its amenities, especially its food offerings (there isn't any on-site). The check-in process needs to be improved, or they should have more staff servicing the front desk when a queue forms. The longer I wait, the worse my first impressions becomes.

Booked for 3 people, when we got to our room only 2 beds made up and no extra sheets/pillows/blankets. Reception closed and the after hours service said they couldn’t help and were extremely rude. Waited until 8am the next day to speak to reception, still no one arrived by 8.30am. Left and won’t return. Plenty of other budget options nearby that are cleaner and friendlier.

A few issues around our room booking. We had requested a cot for our 10 month old however on areival they had set up the fold out couch. We were then moved to another room but this was up some stairs to the hallway and then down again into the room which was tricky with our pram. I managed by myself when my partner was not with us, but it was a bit of an inconvenience when our originam room did not have these stairs.

The staff were very unhelpful. After we had checked out my granddaughter realised she had left her phone in the room. We went back & asked if we could go up & have a look for it -they immediately said it wasn't there & refused to helpus. She was in floods of tears & we unpacked all of our luggage in the lobby to check it wasn't there - they totally ignored us. When her mother asked if she could leave her details when it turned up they reluctantly gabe er a scrap of paper to write her details on. I couldn't believe how rude they were rude they were about it. My grandaughter had been performing in a school show over the weekend & this ruined the weekend for all of us.

Strong odour

Could be the best value hotel in Melbourne cbd, except for one problem. My room had a very strong odour of urine . I informed the staff on checkout and another couple I met staying had the same issue Hopefully the hotel can rectify this

A good size room a 1 bedroom apartment ! Some cooking facilities although I didnt use them! Comfy bed! I paid extra for breakfast but when I checked in he said I couldn’t have breakfast until 9 am which didnt suit as I was leaving then! Lift’s were really dirty!

Was a good stay, only issue was we didnt get the room I booked and had to wait for room to be finished. We had to paid extra because they had to make up a sofa bed which wasn’t what I booked. I booked 1 queen and 2 twin bed room and got 1 double, 2 single and sofa bed. Plus the bottom sheet on double come under tucked when went to bed

Good location and facilities. We opt for daily breakfast which comprised croissants, cereals, juice, yogurt and fruits delivered to our room daily. The breakfast provided was simple but good. There is a nespresso machine in the room which allow us to make coffee anytime.

It was close to all the CBD spots to visit, easily walkable or with public transport easily accessible. Woolworth's and Aldi's were in the neighborhood. Flinders Street Station was close enough. Accommodation was quite comfortable. Utensils and dishware provided were very convenient to use along with the fridge, microwave and toaster. The only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke in the mornings outside our room, not sure where it wafted up from, but was quite strong. No other complaints and would love to stay if I come back to visit again.
