Foyer and all extrnal areas are very nice. Once you enter your room the level drops. Rooms designed on very low budget, making them ok if this was a somewhat, modern 3 star hotel. Shower was putrid, and stank.

Clean and tidy but a very outdated apartment. Spacious living areas but tiny rooms - no where to fit a suitcase. Location is ok but nothing in the immediate area, so with melbournes 4 seasons in a day you gotta walk quite a bit to get any food or drinks. Its nice they give some milk in the fridge, but no tea or coffee available?? If all you want is a clean place to sleep then this will do.
