Overall the experience was good. The hotel room was very clean and spacious, however, the amenities within the room was lacking substantially. I don’t usually pack shampoo or conditioner to try new products at the hotel and this was the first hotel where I experienced using shampoo and conditioner from one bottle, and it was horrible. My hair felt so dull and stripped, it was honestly disappointing. Also there wasn’t any lotion either which was disappointing as-well. The room service did not work on any of our devices and the number we called never connected. We had to go down and order for ourselves and we were charged $6 to get it up to our room when we didn’t even have a choice but to order there. The chips were great, but the burgers were dry and the bun was burnt, honestly not work the price at all. The transport was a bit of a miscommunication. We called before our flight to see if we needed to book and they said to just call them whenever you needed it/when arrived, however, we found this not to be the case in the morning and we had to wait walk anyway. We did call and ask prior to see if we needed to book so that was a bit frustrating. Overall an okay stay but those small things really added up for our 2 night stay.
