I stayed here the night before my flight the next day. It was very conveniently located near the airport. It was next to the Novotel. The room was very clean. It was a little small to open my large suitcase, but it was no problem.

Overall stay was excellent with good modern clean facilities. Our only comment is that it would be helpful to have additional/better signage to help when walking to the hotel from the nearby terminals 3 or 4.

We went to our room and found a Queen bed. We payed for a king bed. The woman at the front desk told us that the bed in our room was a king sized bed!!!! We insisted on a king bed and finally got the king we had already paid for. We like to go home with clean clothes. Surprised we found on Landry room. They want 15 dollars to use the exercise room or the pool!!!! Imagine the cost for a family of 4 or 5?? Don’t lie about king size beds. Have laundry facilities for travellers especially at the airport. Don’t charge your customers for the pool or the exercise room. IF You Don’t take care of your customers someone else will!!!!

A lovely breakfast. Not much nearby, other than the airport itself (which is easy walking distance, even lugging bags), but the hotel has several good food options for dinner.

Accessibility to the airport (easy to walk). PT bus stop 2mins walk away. Easy to get to city or train station. Staff are all lovely and ready to assist. Room was clean and quiet. Great restaurant / bar onsite. Only disappointment - we arrived early (11.30am, a room was ready BUT for a $30 ‘early check in’. We stored our luggage instead (great service) and went out again.
