Room was spotless and the staff courteous and helpful. The location in the heart of the CBD was excellent. Room was quite small but the facilities were modern and good use was made of the space available. There is a good restaurant and small cafe at the hotel and the gym is very good. This was fantastic value for money and I can recommend it one hundred percent.

We had a booking error due to a misunderstanding with the time change, and the hotel would not work with us. We had to pay the first night that we weren’t even there. They’re not remotely flexible or understanding. I would not stay there again and we travel quite a bit. We’re very honest people and understanding of policy but this was pretty crappy. We are fully aware that they could have worked with us. They chose not to. They chose profit. I never leave bad reviews. In this case I felt I needed to. We 100% do not recommend this place.

Smooth booking through Wotif. Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Quiet room. We were able to leave our luggage at hotel, upon check out, while we spent the day in the city (service was available till 10pm). Check out no issues. Helpful staff. Had no interaction with any staff. The room was nice but a few issues with cleaning, the toilet had pubic hair on the seat and the bench with the sink wasnt wiped down and was sticky and had remnants of what ever was spilt there by the last guests.
