The lady at check in was brilliant. Super friendly and incredibly efficient. She handled everything so quickly! The room is nice and they’ve made every effort to make it comfortable. The floors and walls are paper thin so you hear every movement and sound around you. But the bed is very comfy, the shower is good and the staff are friendly. The location is great too - a short walk from Southern Cross Station.

It was perfectly adequate. It's not pretending to be five star, facilities are tired but the sheets are clean, the shower is hot and you get a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Blackout blinds let me sleep well past sunrise. And the staff were lovely.

Perfect location close to Southern Station access to free Trams and cheap eats nearby in the Spencer Outlet plus great selection within 3 blocks being near Korea town. Staff have a real casual feel which makes it very comfortable.
