Loved the hotel, position, room very comfortable. I loved the vibe of the hotel . Whilst the room was clean the housekeeping was very average. Coffee cups not washed up, cleaning rag left in sink dry and not used. Also the cleaner needs to use deodorant as the body odour was offensive. We had a sandwich when we arrived back from the tennis and it was dry and mostly uneatable. In saying that I would definitely stay with you again as the positives far outweighed the negatives that can be fixed with staff training.
