Our stay was lovely and everything was ok, except for the food, it was terrible, we order breakfast in the room and everything was not good to eat, the only good thing was the coffee - then we had food in downstairs bar, after coming back from being out and the beef stroganoff was tough and chewy

The staff were really helpful, the room was lovely, the breakfast was great and the beds comfortable. Our only problem was that there was only 1 lift running due to construction. It was only really a problem on our last morning, when we were trying to get down to breakfast, and the lift was bypassing us, then really full and we had to wait 20 minutes before just cramming into a really full lift, as we'd already waited for another full lift to go past.

Excellent location close to tram to get to everything hotel a bit outdated needs some work done inside to bring it up to top standard and underground Carpark is a nightmare if you struggle with very tight turns

Our stay was great the Staff were wonderful rooms was good.. The Restaurant Food was very nice only thing missing was a Ramp to either walk on or getting a wheelchair to be able to go in the front doors. Would definitely recommend and we would book again

Good Value Great Location

Meal in restaurant was lovely. Breakfast great as well. Staff very courteous. I would recommend and definitely stay again. Its not the Ritz but its definitely all that you need.

Room very clean, great Brekky however, only one available lift which was insufficient due to number of guests. Very long waits. Also pool wasn’t available due to works being undertaken. Once these issues sorted, it will be amazing, great central location & would recommend.
