I had a fabulous stay at the Grand Chancellor Hotel Melbourne. The room was spotless and very well maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the service was truly exceptional. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.

First time at this hotel and I enjoyed my time. Great position. Easy to walk most places I want to go and close to tram for those hot days when you’d rather not walk. Staff were helpful and friendly. Amenities- restaurants and bars are reasonably priced and have a welcoming feel. Good hours too.

I didn't have a chance to try breakfast so can't comment. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, nice modern/updated bathroom with rain shower, however you wouldn't want to be taller than 6ft otherwise you wouldn't fit under the shower. There was a very loud hum from the airconditioner on & off throughout the night and due to the proximity of the building next door, my allocated room had very little natural light.

This hotel offers reasonable value for money. The staff were courteous and helpful and the room was pleasant. The design of the bathroom allowed water to splash on the floor and having to step up into a rather narrow shower may cause difficulty for some.
