Impressed by the hotel layout and well thought out extras including self-service laundry and smokers lounge. I stayed for 7 days so I had a lot of interactions with staff. Staff attitude at the reception was mixed. Lady who checked me out was amazing but the guys were matter of factly and could not be bothered to do more than the bare minimum. The guys prefer to be argumentative when faced with a problem whereas the lady was very positive ensured had an answer for services you expect at a hotel

Rude Receptionist

Clean hotel, nice room but not worth the money we paid for 1 night. The receptionist needs to learn some manners and not be rude when we asked for a late checkout and wanted to charge more money for an 1 extra checkout.

The room was nice for the price and Hotel was just n convinate location near Southern Cross Station. The bed was uncomfortable as you could feel where two single beds had been joined together and the mattress was lovely lumpy on one side. Room was also noisy hearing people in above room. Also floor outside room was wet as it was exposed to the rain due to an open atrium.

Good place to stay. Across from Southern Cross station 639 steps, makes it ideal for quick, convenient, movement to and from the airport, train etc. Beds are clean, comfortable and for the most part good++. Bathroom is brilliant. Convenience stores are a 5 min walk. I have stayed here many, many times because of these traits. Check-in/Check-out very easy as staff very polite and do a really good job to help.
