Pool is dated and completely indoors with no outdoor flow or windows. Needs cleaning and maintenance. The sauna and steam is overcrowded due to thier annual membership programmes for external non staying guests. Gym is big which can take the amount of people but the sauna and steam and showers are overused and deteriorating. As a guest you don’t feel special

Lovely spacious room, beautiful marble bathroom with separate bath and all the extra touches to make a pleasant stay. Staff were lovely and helpful and the view from our room was amazing! The location was also ideal. Easy to get around town with a tram stop out the front or an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delicious.
