I like how close this property was to the flagstaff inn bowls which was where our function was. Parking was a bit of a issue as we had problems with the ticket machine and we had to walk a bit with our bags.

Clean, good shower.

My important 3 things are good shower, clean and comfortable bed. I definitely got a good shower, hot and good pressure. The room was clean so I was happy with that, but the bed wasn't comfortable, it felt like an old camp bed that was high on the side came low in the middle.( I slept on the single bed and my friend had the double so I'm only commenting on the single) You have to walk upstairs to the rooms so be aware of that. There was 2 people and only a few little thimble style milks! That's stingy, so as we went out for dinner we bought milk. It was close southern cross and could walk to restaurants.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. When I told him the room was facing the busy street and it was too lousy, the reception changed our room right away and apologized to us. I wished I got his name. The room is big. The building and room need to do some renovation. Wall paints are coming out and bathroom corner was very dirty. Bed was good. It is in a good location. You can take the free transportation not far away from the Inn. For short stay, I said it was ok. It is a budget Inn.

Place is in quite good sport but i was promised car park free when i book in when i reached the accommodation i was told to park in few street behind the accommodation that cost $15 a day for three days than $8 half day Sunday was free than pay again for Monday morning till 10 am spend more time looking for parking thanks for booking

Booked hotel due to parking facilities and upon arrival found they were unavailable. Past reviews seem to indicate the parking garage has been unavailable for some time, yet still advertised. Being from the country I spent the night going to and from parking meters. Might not have minded if the Receptionist had been helpful in where to park or given a 10% discount but they did not seem to care and just dismissed my frustration about the situation. Wifi did not work in my room which was on the top floor. Room was clean and the bathroom looked to have been updated recently. Will not stay again due to parking problems. By the time I payed for parking I could have stayed at a better hotel.

The property was quite rundown. It does not have an elevator and there are multiple flights of stairs to drag your luggage up and down. Having stayed at other 3 star accomodations, this was definitely on the lower side of the scale. The shower would not work independently of the bath, so water was wastefully gushing out of both faucets, however management when told said they would look into it. The reception staff were friendly and helped with any inquiries.
