All 3 generously sized bedrooms feature queen-size beds and study nooks. Each bedroom includes an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. Additionally, all 4 toilets are equipped with smart bidets.

Located near prestigious Haileybury College and Lighthouse Secondary College, this home offers top-tier education. It faces a golf course and is close to amenities like golf clubs, a leisure center, wetlands, Moorabbin Airport flight training, DFO, Costco, Southland, and Parkmore Shopping Centres. With easy access to main roads leading to the Peninsula, Phillip Island, the Dandenongs, and Yarra Valley, it's just 35 minutes from the city and 10 minutes from the beach.

The entire house is available for guests, except for the garage, which is used for the owner's storage, and one upstairs bedroom, which is reserved for the owner's holidays. Additionally, one living room is locked for the owner's belongings.
