Master Bedroom: 1 x King Bed + Ensuite + Private Outdoor Bath & Shower + Balcony Access + Ceiling Fan + Curtains and Blind (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed + Curtains and Blind (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: 1 x King Singles Bunk Bed + 1 x Triple Bunk Bed (1x Double on Bottom + 1 x Single on Top) + Blinds (sleeps 5)
Bedroom 4 / Second Living Room: 1 x Fold-out Queen Sofa Bed and Blind (Sleeps 2)

Please note: The second living room does not have a wardrobe.
All bedrooms have curtains and blinds – also the master has sheer curtains and outdoor blind in ensuite bathroom, blinds in rumpus and sofa bedroom.

i. This property is pet friendly upon application, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is not fully-fenced.
ii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iii. Use of the yoga platform and commercial kitchen is available by prior request only. Access is subject to additional fees, availability, and adherence to property guidelines.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.
