This stylishly restored 1970s home has a relaxed modernist spirit, surrounded by a lush garden and an inviting aquamarine pool. It’s the kind of place where mornings drift from coffee in the sunshine to a swim, afternoons are spent on the deck and evenings gather around the fire pit beneath the stars.
The bay beach is an easy 900m walk away, while Blairgowrie village is just 1.8km down the road, with its cafes, shops and relaxed seaside atmosphere. You can leave the car behind and enjoy the best of the area at an unhurried pace.
Inside, Dolphin is light-filled, calm and welcoming, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the garden into almost every part of the house. The interiors combine the character of the original 1970s home with furniture from much-loved Australian designers, vintage prints and thoughtful touches that make it feel personal rather than polished.
Outside is where holiday life really happens. The fully fenced garden is a private sun trap, with a generous deck wrapping around the pool, an outdoor shower, long lunches at the dining table and a Weber BBQ for easy summer dinners. Come winter, the wood stove and fire pit create a cosy setting for slow evenings, good food and a glass of something by the fire.

We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, tea and sugar for your convenience, you will need to bring your own coffee. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.
Firewood is not provided but we can arrange for an additional charge. Please advise if you would like the pricelist from our local supplier.
