Perfectly located in the leafy suburb of Clifton Hill this 1960's top floor apartment boasts great views of Melbourne's skyline and sits in a prime location to visit the City and inner north of Melbourne.

A great community vibe in the area with pizza shops, wine bars and cafe's on your doorstep.

10 minutes by train to the MCG and arts precinct.

Our house hasn't been set up to be child friendly.

We love kids but we have steep stairs and Neighbours.

6/96 Spensley Street Clifton Hill is a credit to the Host.The refurbishment of this light filled apartment is done with taste and refinement, with a well appointed kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds and bedding and splendid views of the city and surrounds.
