You'll also have the luxury of utilising the building's gym facility. The property does not come with a parking spot, and street parking in the area has time restrictions.

For food enthusiasts, Southbank Promenade offers a diverse array of dining options, from authentic Australian cuisine to international dishes. Yarra Botanica is one of the many popular bars, reachable with just a quick 10-minute walk. While Southbank is home to an array of boutique stores and exclusive shops, you're also conveniently close to iconic shopping districts in Melbourne's CBD, such as Bourke Street and Collins Street. To get there, simply hop on the number 12 tram; the journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. We provide complimentary check-ins from 3pm-9pm. Please note there is an additional $66 charge after 9 pm and a $99 for key handovers after midnight. We will need to charge $55 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler.
