This was a last minute booking, when previous trav3l plans fell through. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had a small issue with the air-conditioning, but it was quickly and easily solved. Room was a decent size. Lots of eating options around, and tramsnwere literally outside the door. Highly recommended!

Great location right on the team line. Woolies close by. Good wifi. Comfy bed. Good water pressure but strange shower layout made it impossible to turn on the shower without getting yourself and the floor wet. Nice linen and towels. Room could use some love. Spacious room with small kitchenette great for Brekky and lunch and easy dinner. But Carpet and sofa a bit shabby. Grout around sink and shower needs more work. Cleaning service was not provided by 3:00 on Day 3 and so I just got rubbish emptied and towels replaced and only because I chased down the cleaner. Front desk were great on check in but the morning of check out looked and acted like he’d rather be anywhere else.

This Hotel is in a great location in Melbourne, tram stops at the front door, walking distance to food, shopping, attractions etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay here for sure!

The location was great, with trams right outside the front entrance. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. It was great to have a kitchenette. Negatives: the shower could only be put on about half strength to avoid the whole bathroom floor being flooded. The room is very bland, with no decoration or colour - no pictures or ornaments, just a bit boring and forgettable.

Lovely quiet hotel even though it is situated on Bourke St. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. We enjoyed using the pool and sauna, not something we usually have time for. The hotel was very clean and since we only stayed for the one night it was disappointing we didn't have time to use the kitchenette.

Nice hotel at a great location.

Staff was friendly; and as we were hotels.com silver member, we got a bottle of complimentary red wine upon check-in. Staff also allowed us to check in earlier before the stipulated time. Location is awesome, with a tram station right in front of the hotel which is also near the city centre. What was a bit disapponting was the choked sink, which was rectified quite quickly after feedback. There was also no bathroom slippers provided in the room.

The tram is right outside the door perfect to get around the cbd for free and is on the route to the casino and dfo literally the best shopping i have had in years!
