It was not disclosed on the hotel information that the building is side by side very close to another building. You can’t open your window blinds without seeing tenants on the other building. The room is dark, poor lighting

The Causeway Hotel provides clean, comfortable, well-priced accommodation in a very central location of Melbourne’s CBD. Staff were very helpful and the check-in and check-out process simple and efficient The hotel carpark is directly and conveniently just across the lane way and provided at a discounted rate for hotel guests.

Another wonderful stay at the hotel. This is the only one we consider when coming to Melbourne. A suggestion would be to have notices to guests to remind them to be quiet during a period of time. For example in the UK, Premier Inn had quiet time between 10pm and 7am.

Would have appreciated notice that noise was going to commence from what I assume is refurbishment in rooms near to us. Staff that we came into contact with were lovely. Air was a bit stuffy in the room leading to poor sleep first night only to be woken up by what sounded like sawing and nail gun.decent motel for the cost and good location.
