The room was very clean and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Central city location and positioned in a cute laneway with cafes right outside the hotel doors. Would definitely stay here again

The room was very clean and pretty and the bathroom was nice and big. The reception staff were all very helpful when I was checking in and check out was super fast and easy. Also very convenient to have the restaurant on the bottom floor.

The Staff were friendly. The hotel situated in a convenient position. The room was spacious but had difficulty stepping into and out of the bath for a shower as bath side high. No plates, bowls or cutlery for enjoying breakfast in the room. No washing up liquid or tea towel to wipe mugs supplied for coffee etc. Room due for an upgrade.

We found the room service not very good. Our rooms weren’t cleaned. I had a bleeding nose the first night we got there and it got on the top of the blankets and on the pillow and we told the front desk about it and all they did was go and flip the pillows and move the sheets so they thought we couldn’t see it And the bathrooms were very smelly. The staff at the front desk were amazing. The only complaint I had was about the cleaning.
