Location, 2 sep bed,price made us book. Beds clean and comfortable.Everything else a disaster. 2 people there for 4 nights. Filthy floors, windows, kitchen sink, broken kitchen tap, unable to step outside due poor maintenance. Almost broke my leg getting to front door. Leaves and rubbish not swept away. Absolute trip Hazard. One lot of single use toiletries. No regular tea bags only 1 decaf bag and instant coffee. As a host in NSW was appalled at standard and lack of folder info, first aid kit etcprovided. provided except for

Wonderful homey flat in a stellar location
Loved the comfort and coziness of this very homey accommodation. Host was easy to communicate with, and the house was exactly as described. Lovely sitting room with books and blankets, eat-in kitchen, and bedrooms with good closets. Bathroom has lovely light and a washer and dryer with a clothesline outdoors. Such a great location with cafes and restaurants, easy walk to Univ of Melbourne and to downtown. Highly recommend this for a place that feels like home.
