Arrived Reception Imed did not correspond No one was there Rang after hours number Whilst polite the server said that he could see booking but had double booked and would have to call me back. When called me back said been having trouble with what if platform and would have to find an alternative Called me back offering me a refund When I said that was not an option they found him a room and led me to believe it was equivalent to the room that appeared on my booking. Single , kitchenette, bathroom In the end my son was placed on a shared room with shared amenities I was not offered any refund !!!! Terrible and very stressful

Disliked: Check-in
Showed up at 3:15pm for my 3pm check in expecting to check in for my room. Reception was locked, with a number on the door to call. Called the number and the manger told me the room had been deemed ‘unsafe from an electrician’. He also let me know that the property was fully booked for the night. I made other arrangements by myself as no substitute accommodation was offered. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
