The condition of the property did not match the photos or description online. The room had visible damage and very low cleanliness, making it uncomfortable to stay. My children refused to remain, and another guest was also leaving at the same time. We informed reception immediately and could not stay, so we had to arrange alternative accommodation. Although we did not stay at the property, one night from a three-night booking was still charged. This added to the stress of travelling with children, including one with medical needs. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property, especially for families.

Free, easy and secure parking is always a bonus for us when we stay att the Brunswick Tower. Very helpful and cheerful staff, Maryanne is a delight! Location is excellent, tram just across the street, restaurants within a few minutes walk. We have stayed here many times and highly recommend.

This is a very conveniently located in an area of Melbourne which has lots to see and do, especially shopping. The rooms are well kept and well serviced. The free parking is a special bonus and much appreciated. I plan to be staying at Brunswick Tower Hotel again in any future trips to Melbourne.
