Your family will love this big 4 bedroom, single level beach house on a huge Portsea block. Just 275 m to the Portsea Village, Beach, Pier and Hotel, you're so close to all amenities you won't need the car!
The kitchen/dining leads through to the separate living room. There is a deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture for relaxing meals overlooks the huge back yard ideal for family cricket or other games. open fire, gas ducted heating keep the house cosy in winter.
The master bedroom consists of a king bed & ensuite. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed; the 3rd bedroom has a double; the 4th bedroom/sunroom has 4 singles plus sitting area and table for games - accommodation for the whole family.
