The views were amazing and i was upgraded to a second bedroom suite. Overall, the space appeared clean. The worst thing was waiting for the elevator because it took a very long time to arrive.

Great location and facilities in property. Apartment was a good size. Down sides were air con wasn’t strong enough, cushions were stained, kitchen could’ve included a few other key items such as microwave and colander. Also one of the lifts were out of order so we had to wait for too long each time when we wanted to leave. We were there for 8 days and it wasn’t fixed during that time.

The room and the amenities need some care In my room the queen bed was 2 single mattresses but with no topper which made it a little uncomfortable The timber floor in the kitchen was separating, the doors in front of the fridge and laundry didn’t close fully and the ironing board needed replacing, it collapsed while using it which other than some quick reflexes could have seen a serious burn or injury The roof over the pool area could also use some care and the sauna doesn’t seal so as a result doesn’t heat up. Location was sensational with some simple maintenance I would stay here again

Fabulous customer service from both of the reception staff I had contact with - both were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. My apartment was really well appointed and roomy and really well located, close to everything. Highly recommended.

Good size room. Room was clean. Bed was raised in the center where they were pushed together. Main bedroom blinds had a pretty big gap on the edge which let the sunlight in across the bed. Couldn’t get the tv to work on either option. Good little coffee shop attached to the building. Perfect position to the city. Doors don’t automatically lock when leaving the room. Have to lock it with the key when leaving.

Stay was average overall, room was certainly not clean by any means. Food in the sink, oven was dirty, floor in the kitchen was sticky. Staff member who greeted us during check in was excellent, another lady from reception however was quite lacking in the customer service department, quite blunt and rude. Free wifi (as advertised) does not exist, entered the room number and last name and didn’t show up to connect to. Room was booked for 4 guests, only 2 towels supplied. I think there are better hotels in the vicinity worth choosing over this place.

Dirty rooms Rooms need a good vacuum and scrub bleach needs to be used in the bathroom bathroom. The whole apartment feels grotty. The apartment is in a good location. That’s all it really has going for it.

Dirty rooms - good location

We actually had three separate rooms booked and found them all to be dirty one was gross with dust, line and hairs all over the lounge and bedrooms . The whole unit needed good stub and bleach to clean the bathroom totally unacceptable. Location was great
