Great hotel. Bit of a walk/ tram into the centre of town but has some great amenities and restaurants close by. I had a room with a fantastic view and loved the pool. Mattress was a little too soft for my liking but ok

We like the location and the building itself is good. Couple things that could be better is the air conditioning. AC is weak. We have stayed here before and it was the same. But most disappointing was in an 8 night stay we never had the room serviced. There was a “mid stay” clean and all housekeeping did was take out the trash and switch the towels. No linen changed, no added amenities. Nothing

We found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had a lower floor apartment (on request) which was well appointed and spotless. Having a laundry option was important to us as we were staying for 7 days over Christmas. The pool facilities were also an incentive for booking. The food options in the area were fantastic for both breakfasts and dinners. We used First Parking, 558 Little Bourke Street and paid for 7 days. Unlimited entry/exit. Only a few mins walk to Aspire. We would highly recommend and would use again on a future visit to Melbourne.

Lovely spot in CBD. Very straight for forward checkin. Two bedroom apart only came with four towels though and the beds and pillows were a bit of a struggle. Nice overall though

Great hotel! Clean, and close to a lot of good restaurants! Also close to the metro station! Will definitely stay here again! And OMG, we love the pool. Wish it was heated. The water was kind of cold . Overall was excellent! Highlight recommended!!!
