Good area nice room with balcony loved the extra touches staff were very unfriendly never even looked up from desk to greet us we were very jet lagged and was woken up every morning by work men at 8am banging about in the rooms above we were thinking of staying an extra few days but have moved on to a near by property shame

The room was well equipped with a kitchenette (including full sized fridge) and everything was very clean. Great location. Beds were a tad too soft though. Highly recommended overall though.

The staff upon arrival were lovely, prompt & very helpful when checking in which is always a great cirst impression! Our room was even better than the photos suggested, bigger too. Great comfy bed & pillows with a lovely lounge area to chill out & get ready to head out for the evening. It’s the second time we have stayed here & will continue to keep coming back along with being close to cafes & restaurants for the next mornings breakfast! Thanks again, see you soon.

Stayed in a nice studio with all the thing you need. Comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. So close to Chapel Street. Was.great location for attending shows at Chapel off Chapel. Very friendly staff. I can recommend a stay .

A nice stay at The Cullen. The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms could do with a little update and a deep clean. There was a pile of (what looked like) plaster dust in the bathroom. Great location amongst the bustle of South Yarra. Would visit again.
