Due to my not having internet unless in hotel etc we didn't get entry instructions until we arrived and used a local hotels wifi. Had to get key from a lockbox. We had an appartment on level 9. No instructions or info in appt. Housekeeping came Friday and informed us there was a reception/office on level 1. The appt was quite spacious overlooking the street which was noisy but we were OK with that.

This accommodation is located in the central city and a tram stop is right in front of it, so it is very easy to go around. It is also very well equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen with all the necessary crockery and equipment so we could stay as if we were living in Melbourne. The owner and staff were very friendly and the only thing you need to bring is a toothbrush set. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Very spacious 2 bed apartment right in the cbd close to lots of visitor attractions and within 30 walking distance or jump on a tram outside the door. Very well equipped kitchen perfect for warming up food or cooking a full meal. Dishwasher takes care of the cleaning up. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with washer and drier.

Location was excellent. It is within the free tram zone and apartment is well equipped with washing machine and dryer. The only setback is the noise from the tram passing downstairs which is bearable. Although there is no check-in counter, the person in charge Leo, a very nice guy was easily reachable thru his mobile. Highly recommended !
