“The hotel is very clean and pleasant, though some areas could benefit from updates. The landscaping could be better maintained, the spa showers are quite small, and the guest rooms feel a bit tight. The towels show signs of wear and are not as soft as expected. The staff is kind and hardworking, though they sometimes appear tired, likely due to long hours. The spa offers discounts, but guests need to request them in order to benefit. At check-out, we requested a detailed invoice, but the staff was unable to provide it and promised to send it by email, which unfortunately never arrived.”

Welcomm Hotel and Spa was great, from the staff to the location, food and view. The rooftop bar is awesome, staff was friendly, polite, warm, they made our stay difficult to leave, i highly recommend this hotel and i’m looking forward to stay here again!!

Wellcomm Spa & Hotel Medellín is a great choice in El Poblado! Located in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance to countless restaurants and cafés, it makes exploring the area a breeze. The breakfast is decent and satisfying, and while the windows can’t be opened, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay in Medellín.
