The property is nearby restaurants. However, one night it was very noise in the top leve since there is a bar on the top floor. We need to use earplugs to sleep. The last night a woman was screaming for help. It seems that was a prostitution in that room. It was scary because the woman was screaming for help. I do not recommend this property if you want to have a rested night.

Lovely hotel in very good location

Nice hotel in a very good location on a lovely leafy street full of cafes and bars. Very nice room but lots of noise from street. Rooftop restaurant serves great food and excellent service.

Be aware!! We had $400usd stollen from our bag in the hotel room! We counted the cash we had the morning after we checked in, we exchanged $100 and put the rest back into a secure pocket in my backpack, then stored it in the closet during our stay. 2 days after we checked out, we realised money was take at Wellcomm - from the time we checked out until when we went to pay for a tour, my bag didn’t leave my sight. We reported it to the hotel immediately. What’s worse than the outcome - the hotel taking zero responsibility and showing no sympathy, was the poor communication from the hotel manager. I was constantly following up with the reception staff, however, the manager didn’t bother to reach out in this stressful time. They knew we wanted to report to the police, but still took from Wednesday - Monday to respond..at this point they asked if we were sure it was taken, to which I responded again, yes. They then responded with ‘the outcome is negative’ .. the reasons given was because in the 20months open, it hadn’t happened before (this is ridiculous as there’s always a first), as well as us reporting it after we left (we hadn’t realized but reported it immediately) and because there are safes (our belongings should be safe in the room, regardless) Very disappointing. I always thought those who say they had money stollen out of their hotel room must have spent it, lost it or misplaced it, but it happened to us. Nice hotel, but if anything goes wrong, they wont help.

“The hotel is very clean and pleasant, though some areas could benefit from updates. The landscaping could be better maintained, the spa showers are quite small, and the guest rooms feel a bit tight. The towels show signs of wear and are not as soft as expected. The staff is kind and hardworking, though they sometimes appear tired, likely due to long hours. The spa offers discounts, but guests need to request them in order to benefit. At check-out, we requested a detailed invoice, but the staff was unable to provide it and promised to send it by email, which unfortunately never arrived.”

Welcomm Hotel and Spa was great, from the staff to the location, food and view. The rooftop bar is awesome, staff was friendly, polite, warm, they made our stay difficult to leave, i highly recommend this hotel and i’m looking forward to stay here again!!
