This modern loft, located in a top neighborhood, features a bright and spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a chic bar area. The sleek design combines comfort with contemporary style, offering a perfect space for relaxing or entertaining. The building includes a gym, parking area, and a beautifully designed entrance, ensuring a luxurious stay. Large windows fill the space with natural light, offering stunning views of Medellín and its vibrant surroundings.



Our rooftop terrace is currently undergoing renovations to make it even better for future stays. While we work on these improvements, the terrace will not be accessible. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait for you to enjoy the upgraded space soon!

Photos accurate depiction of the rental. Communication from management was excellent. Two very small issues. 1) Hot water did not consistently work. 2) Traffic noise was at times loud (but a set of ear plus would remedy that easily and they were provided). Overall good value.

Nice stay in good location

Place is located in a good area, close to bars and restaurants, supermarket 2 blocks from property, security at door , room was big , ac blows cold air , private windows, washer and dryer in unit , wifi strong, not alot of noise , overall would recommend you to stay , its in a good area. lots to do , two restaurants below building , one bakery across the street. Book it dont think twice about it , im definitely booking again in the future.

You will be amazed !

Exclusive area, 24 hr security, clean public areas, room has a spectacular views! You can see beautiful vegetation, pedestrians walking, and at night the lights of a part of Medellín. Careful crossing the main road, but drivers around the area seem to obey traffic laws. The room is spacious and very clean.
