Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no fue muy buena. Hubo varios detalles en la habitación que afectaron mi estadía: • No había presión de agua caliente en la ducha. • El dispensador de acondicionador para el cabello no funcionaba. • No había pañuelos desechables en la habitación. • Netflix no lograba conectarse. • No pudieron reemplazar una cuchara que se cayó al suelo; me indicaron que los utensilios debían permanecer en la habitación. • En el balcón solo había una silla, a pesar de que la habitación era para dos personas. • Finalmente, fue un poco inconveniente solicitar que rellenaran la botella de agua. Espero que estos puntos puedan mejorarse para brindar una mejor experiencia a futuros huéspedes.

One of my favorite hotels during my stay in Medellín. Selvario 36 was easily one of my favorite hotels during my time in Medellín. The design alone stood out. It has a luxury, chic, tropical, woodsy vibe that feels both stylish and relaxing. Every detail felt intentional. The rooms were excellent. They smelled amazing, with a signature scent throughout the hotel, and even the tea provided in the room was delicious. The service was top-tier. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary massage with my stay, which made the experience even more special. The food at the restaurant was outstanding. From breakfast to lunch, everything I tried was delicious, and I explored a good portion of the menu. The front desk staff was phenomenal. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The location is also a huge plus. Restaurants, stores, and parks are literally right around the corner, making it incredibly easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to travel far. The rooftop was beautiful with great views. I worked from there for two days, had lunch, and enjoyed the atmosphere. While I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked very inviting and well maintained. Overall, this was an amazing stay, and I would absolutely recommend Selvario 36 to anyone visiting Medellín. I would happily stay here again.

Most definitely recommend staying at Selvario! Soooo many awesome staff members. All super nice and helpful! Juan G, Felipe, Sara, Kevin G, Nicole, the manager (forget his name!!)…they really helped enhance our experience of Medellín and the surrounding towns! Recommended restaurants, sights to see, events, etc. Went above and beyond to help us! Gorgeously designed and decorated hotel with a rooftop pool that has a stellar view of Medellin! Room was clean and food at the hotel was excellent! Most days, there were many people dining or having business meetings inside the restaurant, which was open air located on the main floor entry area with reception - such a beautiful setting! Location is perfect within El Poblado - you can walk to a million clothing and jewelry shops and restaurants and bars and spas. Many police officers out on the streets and we felt safe for the most part for being in a bustling city. Additionally, you can get an uber from here to several surrounding towns! I do wish to make note that the rooms are quite small but we were never in the room so didn’t mind at all. Also, no gym here but we got plenty of walking in each day, so were fully satisfied we could burn off all the delicious food we ate! Also, this is not a wheelchair-friendly hotel so want to be up front about that. They offer a free 20 minute massage but we were so busy we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it but look forward to it next time!
