Only good thing is that there is hot water. Other than that, nothing good. The cheap privacy curtains fall off, are useless really. No AC of course, which isn’t a big deal but the fan sound was really annoying. Good thing is 24/7 staff.

The room was clean and spacious but lack of reading light so is completely dark when lights are off. Some stuff spoke English so sometimes is difficult to communicate with them. Breakfast was delicious and in the right portion. Location was convenient as is was just 2 streets down from the nearest supermarket and metro station closeby.

Everything was ok Untill my Watch was stolen Staff was ok They never reviewed camaras or anything Went back the said the had found it. No one got ahold of me went i went again to ask if someone found it they told me yes But someone had stoled it from the reception desk. Very dissapointed Galaxy Watch 7 Barely worn.

it was such a terrible experience. When I was checking in, the owner explained that there is no key provided to enter this hostel but there is always a staff in shift to keep the seat for reception 24/7 so I only need to ring the bell to let the staff open the door. So I checked out, and when I came back to retrieve my bags at 1AM, there seemed no one in the reception desk. I rang the bell but nobody came out, so I rang 2 times more and then a super angry staff, who obviously was sleeping, showed up but he complained that it is too late in night and I shouldn't show up at this time. So I said sorry for many times but he was keep saying that it is too late and I should come back tomorrow morning. He refused to open the door for me. I literally begged to open the door, with so many apologies for waking him up. I didn't understand why he would be so angry when it is his working hour, but i needed to get my bags again so I kept repeating my apologies and that I really need to take my stuffs back. After so much apologies he finally opened the door. a few minutes after he opened the door, there came back another traveler to the hostel and I am curious if he would have refused to open the door to that person as well. It was literally a nightmare. It was last friday night (3rd July).

El peor lugar donde jamas me he quedado, sucio, ruidoso, el personal descortes y grosero, cero privacidad, cero comodidad, habian insectos en la cama. No lo rcomiendo JAMAS. Expedia deberia retirarlo de sus ofertas porque deja mucho que desear de su credibilidad en cuanto a lo que ofrecen. Las fotos del sitio WEB no son reales. Reservamos 6 noches y nos fuimos en menos de 12 horas.

La estancia fue muy agradable, la atención de Elías en la recepción fue maravillosa. Las habitaciones compartidas al ser de menor capacidad, hicieron la estancia más cómoda. Se puede hacer uso de la cocina y el desayuno ya viene incluido. El ambiente de la terraza es bastante agradable con buena música y tranquilo para trabajar o solo pasar el rato. Los viernes tienen una actividad de exchange language, se pone muy divertido con la clase de salsa, una buena dinámica para conocer gente local y extranjeros. Me encantó.

Awesome hostel with awesome people. Wish I could’ve stayed here longer while in Medellin. The rooms were all booked up so had to change hostels. Near everything, but far enough away so it’s not noisy. Great terrace and bedrooms/beds. Staff was more than helpful.

La Casa Nostra Hostel
