The staff goes over and beyond at the hotel! My room was available early but I could tell it had been rushed with the cleaning due to an issue in the bathroom. The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The staff was welcoming and professional. Great location, in walking distance to many resturaunts and nightlife. I would not recommend this location for families who have young children. As we are a couple who likes to be emersed in the scene it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay at the Marquee again.

The terrace pool and area on the top floor are very small and there was a loud event taking up the space when we tried to use it. The community around the hotel is extremely loud late into the early morning on some nights, as in thumbing music until 3 am or later. The breakfast was wonderful and the location was good if you are a party person, which we aren't.
