Our stay at Brown Suites Hotel was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and transportation. To mention juan de Dios, jordy very special services. The location is convenient and close to restaurants, shopping areas, and popular attractions in Guatape, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, cleanliness, and the feeling of safety and comfort throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín and would gladly stay here again in the future.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Views of the lake are amazing from the room and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the pool, jacuzzi area are very relaxing.
