6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
It's a clean hotel. Most of the front desk staff was friendly. Have your Google Translate handy if you don't speak Spanish. The breakfast was very minimal. The air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Visible dust clumped on the filters, because it had not been used or cleaned in a while. This triggered a lot of runny nose on the one day I had to use it. If your room is located facing the street (Calle 7D), the noise is going to be annoying, and disruptive to your sleep.

Let me begin by saying that this hotel is undoubtedly one of my favorites! Everything is spotless, and it matches the pictures perfectly. Some hotels deceive you by showing pictures that don’t reflect the actual location. However, this hotel is transparent; it presents its true nature. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and give it a five-star rating. As a frequent traveler, I’ve had excellent experiences with the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the respect they show. Thank you very much for providing a wonderful stay.
