Beautiful, light filled top floor apartment with large outdoor space in a traditional, vibrant Envigado neighborhood. This apartment is walking distance (not hilly!) to everything you will need, shopping, cafes and restaurants as well as a park and outdoor gym directly across the street! The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and has easy access to metro, taxis, uber, and other public transportation. The home has been recently updated to suit your needs!

This property is in the heart of a wonderful walkable (and mostly flat) community with plenty of amenities nearby including Buena Mesa and Viva Envigado but even more small stores and restaurants within the immediate blocks. IMO, you can’t beat the neighborhood. I experienced a number of small inconveniences that were a bit more pronounced for my longer-term stay. The host was fairly responsive in addressing most of the issues but ultimately I felt compelled to cancel my planned return to the property next month. In the last week or two of my stay, I reported roof leaks in the kitchen and master bathroom during a particularly heavy downpour. The host acknowledged the issue, and I assumed they’d want to come investigate but I never heard another word about it, despite further deluges in the remaining days of approaching my departure. Needless to say, unaddressed, these issues get worse, not better, without fail. It didn’t make sense for me to return as the rainy season moves into full swing when coupled with the remaining potential structural (likely water-related) and plumbing issues the host claims will (eventually?) be addressed, amongst other inconveniences (e.g., no hot water in kitchen for washing dishes and laundry, lingering sewer smells in kitchen area mostly after rain, low pressure electric showers, general lack of TLC throughout). Other options with more in-house amenities at the same price point with less reported issues abound in Envigado & wider valley.

Nice area

Everything we needed. Can get loud on weekends. We enjoyed listening to the music in the basketball courts across the street! Great outdoor area. The manager was wonderful and responsive to a needs!
