Everything about this hotel was amazing. We had everything to our comfort and the staff, especially Ema who went above and beyond for us, was always smiling and friendly and willing to help. We had the family suite which was very clean. We couldn’t be anymore pleased. The property is located in walking distance of many restaurants. The rooftop lounge is a good place to dine and party also

Location. Everything in the property was amazing except for the difficulties to find safe parking. Maybe the property should look at making an agreement with nearby parkings. The service and staff were great, the view from The apartment even better.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly, location is good and the rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The issue was when we requested the airport transportation service. One of the receptionist took our Information and told us she "booked" the service and that I would receive a text to confirm later. The next day I asked another receptionist if the payment would be charged to my credit card and she said no, that we would pay the company and then she looked up our reservation on the computer and confirmed the details. In hindsight, she was actually making the reservation with their affiliate company. I later received a text from the driver that was going to pick us up and I assumed they worked with the transportation company, until I received another message, this one more legit, with company logo and all our information (name, hotel, pick up time, price). They texted to confirm pick and I said "yes, the driver already reached out to me" and gave them the name of the person who contacted me. They told me that person didn't work for them and then sent me the information of the assigned driver, make and model of car, license plate, picture etc. I was confused how a random person got my number and was telling us they were going to pick us up. My husband went to the front desk and told them the situation and they had the same information that the transportation company had sent me. We don't know for sure what happened but we didn't like that. Just make sure you confirm.

Building is new, and rooms are clean, but staff is so bad trying to get money for everything. These are the bad things on this property that you need to know, to avoid make a reservation here: 1. Building has not easy access for luggages or people with limitations. Stairs are so much and you have to carry your big baggage by yourself, no one help with 2. The staff don’t permit visitors for any reason, and they will charge you $100 for each person going to your room, don’t matter if is a visitor only. 3. They pretend that your visitors been attending on reception, but the space is without AC, no bath access and nothing to offer to your visitors. Additionally just have few chairs and aren’t Affordables 4. Elevator make a big sound every stop in floors, making a noise that you cannot sleep well. 5. Building is in busy way, and noise by cars is all day and all night, and windows and doors aren’t noise cancellation material. 6. Card access to rooms, was constantly blocked by staff, recurring for necessity going to reception for activation every single day. They make this blocking, to verify if person in room is the same on reservation. This is crazy. 7. Building has not parking lot, and you have to go to a private parking at 7 minutes away of property and pay $10 dollars for a night parking or $20 for all day, and additional, the sector or area surrounding the property, isn’t safe for walkers at night. 8. I will recommend you, look for a different hotel in Medellin.

My honest review from Feb 6-9th, 2026. The bathroom had a large stain on the ceiling-gross!!! The shower drained very very slow. standing in water as I showered!!! Not sure if that’s normal, but it’s not in America. The balcony door was designed in such a way, if you close the door when you are on the balcony, you will be locked out of your room. I was on the 8th floor. They did inform me upon check in, so it tells me, they are aware it’s an issue, just do not care to correct it. Just ridiculous. The safe was in the room and it was not secured so I didn’t feel safe leaving my valuables. That’s just sad and lazy. They said there was a restaurant when advertised, however it was not open during my stay. I asked and was told I can have a guest at no additional charge… however when I had a guess come by, that changed fast and I was told something different!!! So, in the event you decide to have Guest visit the fee $100 a day with proper ID, but I recommend going down the street where you can rent a room for you and a guest for under $50… by the way, asking a customer to pay $100 a guess is terrible when the entire visit food 3 days was $175!!! Just another way of taking advantage of people for no reason. The room was as expected as a room to be, clean and neat. WiFi was decent and I did experience a power outage during my stay. I would NEVER recommend or stay here again. They even made me wait to complete my checkout so they can inspect my room before I checkout. I have photos!!!

El lugar me encantó, excelente ubicación en un barrio bonito y tranquilo pero cerca de la 70, la habitación hermosa y con lo necesario para cocinar, cama deliciosa y balcón, sólo diría que el sofá cama king es duro como para dormir varias noches pero no impidió que la pasáramos súper bien. Destaco el trato de todo personal, súper amables, especialmente Isabel y Melissa con quienes conversamos y estuvieron atentas ayudándonos en todo. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveremos!
