The stay was excellent. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Only complaint is that it took 45 minutes to checkout and some back and forth on charges. Just make sure you keep track of additional charges and receipts. Also, showers are a little tricky to operate but after realizing there are two controls on the nozzle to adjust hot and cold all worked as it should. Beds are a little firm, but my back thanked me afterwards. Hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants around it. Overall, highly recommend and will stay here next visit.

Horrible management. I stayed 3 days. They could not figure out how to connect WiFi throughout entire hotel. They also could not figure out how to have the phones in the room work so for every single situation instead of calling the lobby I needed to go down the elevator which was highly annoying. And a special bonus. They didn’t give me clean towels any day until after 8pm. Horrible hotel management. Don’t stay here. Really bad hotel. Horrible

The room had water damage to floor, the tiles were coming up and weee dirty. For the best hotel in the area we were very disappointed. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 3 years and this was my last. With all the new hotels opening, this one needs a major renovation to be able to compete. Again very disappointed.
