Muy lindo hotel, buena ubicacion. El trato del staff muy bueno excepto por el mesero del restaurante que parecia no querer trabajar. El conserje tambien nos insistio en tomar transporte recomendado por el por una tarifa que nos termino costando mas en el aeropuerto al pagar.

A mi personalmente me encantó. Se que se ha comentado que no tienen muy buena atención al cliente pero en general a mi y a mi novia nos trataron MUY bien. El hotel esta en una zona un poco escondida en el poblado pero personalmente me gustó la cercanía a muchos restaurantes, etc. No lo recomiendo para andar caminando por ahi, eso si. La comida por cierto me parecio deliciosa. Incluso mejor que la del restaurante que visitamos la noche que nos hospedamos. Gracias

The employees were mostly friendly and efficient; however, the hotel itself is very dated and old. It may have been considered a 5 star in the 80's or 90's but today I'd say 3.5 is very generous. Our room was not cleaned well. There was a ball of hair on our bathroom floor when we checked in and it remained on that floor for the first 3 out of 4 nights. The light switch control in the rooms did not make sense. The breakfast was okay. I've had both much better and much worse. I would not say it stood out as excellent but it wasn't bad either. The coffee was definitely not good. We had to go out for a decent cup every morning after breakfast. Location is good and staff friendly.

El hotel y el servicio es excelente, estuve en la Hab 701 y considero que el colchón y la cama necesitan un cambio urgente, el colchón es súper duro y ya se nota que tiene muchos años de uso y la cama suena cada vez que te mueves, cuando vas a un hotel la cama y las almohadas son claves.
