Ac doesn’t work properly. It’s doesn’t get cold and I the bathroom hot water doesn’t come quickly. I have keep water running at least 3-5 minutes then hot water run and last could take shower because no hot water

I liked how central the hotel is... It could be improved. The outdoor seats are torn and dirty. The towels weren't all changed, and the face towel never arrived. There was only one toilet paper.

Lleras 10

The room assigned was pretty small and not luke in the pictures. The only window in the room was made if non transparent glass. There were no towels or blankets in the room upon arrival. The shower did. It have any hot water on day 1. Aftet room eas refreshed they again failed to add towels. When asked abkut towels we were told they were waiting on towels to be delivered from another property. When we proceeded to shower there was only a teickle of water. They jad water pressure issues. TVs were very outdated. A little disappointing considering it is located in the poblados/lleras area
