from the moment I entered the hotel I felt welcome at home, the staff are very friendly and the go above and beyond to accommodate all your requests. The rooms are really spacious and nicely decorated. the breakfast is a delicacy, with a large selection of food and a full range of fruits and juices. I recommend this hotel to anyone playing to travel to Medellin, it's in the heart of the Poblado and everything is within walking distance.
