Good location in front of a large shoping mall with good stores and dinning (informal) options. Metro is 10 minutes away walking, it seems to be safe. We use it and it is convenient and clean (avoid rush hours). The hotel is a bit far from "El poblado" shoping and restaurant área and also far from downtown. Downtown Medellín did not feel too safe.
