Staff at the rooftop bar during breakfast were rude and unpleasant. They asked if I had a room as if I didn’t belong there. To make matters worse, there were bugs on the uncovered food. The room itself was dusty with an my window overlooking the neighbors window. Also, there is one elevator with wait times at about 5 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Disappointing stay overall. I booked this hotel while moving around and trying different properties, but unfortunately this one missed the mark for me. While the rooftop pool was very nice and definitely the highlight, the room itself felt far from luxurious. The walls had noticeable scuffs and marks, and overall the room felt worn and poorly maintained. I did not feel comfortable staying there. To make matters worse, there was active construction right next door. When stepping onto the balcony, the scaffolding was immediately visible and extremely close, which completely ruined the experience and sense of privacy. Because of this, I ended up booking another hotel down the block and did not stay here, even though I was unable to get a refund. I essentially paid for two hotels because I did not feel comfortable staying at this one. I was traveling with someone at the time and did not feel it was an appropriate or comfortable place to bring her. If you’re just looking for a rooftop pool, you may enjoy that aspect, but if comfort, room quality, and surroundings matter to you, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
